There are numerous articles, people, and web sites available that will help you understand better what you need to know. Deborah Ruf, Ph. D. has written numerous articles, and her doctoral dissertation, in order to explain results of her research with highly gifted adults, emotional development in the highly gifted, and levels of giftedness and how they affect adjustment for gifted children, adolescents, and adults. A popular speech topic, "How to Raise Your Gifted Kids", is also included. If you find any of these articles useful, you may print and copy them for sharing as needed, provided authorship is included. Ruf articles and research. Educational Options will frequently update the web site to include current articles and information relevant to gifted issues. There are currently a number of useful articles available through other web sites and links are provided for you to go to them and either read now or print out for later reference. Books and journals Educational Options Newsletter are now available online, beginning with the January, 2006 issue. Educational Options has also provided links or telephone numbers to other web sites, associations, and people in order to help you educate yourself on gifted issues.
