Self-Concept Profiles (from Susan Harter, U. of Denver, CO)
For any of the following, the fee includes materials, scoring, written
interpretation and report. I highly recommend these as a way of determining
whether or not the individual is depressed, feeling support from family and
school, and further isolating factors that may be contributing to
underachievement issues. The forms are sent to your home, completed, and mailed
back for scoring and interpretation. Prices reflect my time for scoring and
reporting, not relative value of each scale.

Assessment Packages:
Arranged
on an Individual Basis
 | Consultations can be arranged for professional guidance concerning a child,
adolescent, or adult regarding issues of intellectual level, achievement, or
anything related to better understanding how the individual "fits in" to the
overall scheme of things. Dr. Ruf has extensive background in educational
systems, parenting issues, and how intellectual ability affects social,
emotional, and intellectual development and adjustment. Not a therapist, Dr. Ruf
will recommend licensed psychologists and therapists for those needing such
direction and support. Fees are hourly. If no assessments are done,
there is a file analysis fee that is charged at the same rate. Dr. Ruf prefers
to give an estimate of time and cost before the appointment is agreed upon.
|
 | Phone consultations are conducted by first presenting charge card information
and billing is based on a by minute charge prorated by the hourly consultation fee. People who cannot meet personally, as well as families that
have no assessments done by Dr. Ruf, will be charged a file analysis fee before
their consultation, either in person or by phone. |
